I was supposed to upload this on Christmas, but as you can see I failed miserably OTL;; This was a random drawing I did for :iconnachopenguin: because I read their little origin story of how their username came to be and thought it was adorable xD I'm not sure if this is the same person cause I went back to their page just to double check, but the cute story was gone ; v ; )/

Ahh! It's no problem!! I'm glad that you like it ♥ ♥ ♥ :-DD
OMG IT'S BACK UP!! I was trying to remember what else drew me to your story and it was that you used to live in Japan~ I also lived in Japan when I was younger :'D Was someone in your family military? My dad was air force  My memories are a little fuzzy, but I had a lot of fun when I was there : ) Where'd you live? (if it's not too much to ask :>)

Uhm my dad was part of the Navy, I lived in Yokosuka :) It's near Yokohama and Tokyo. It was a naval base. xD That's so cool! I don't get to meet many people who used to live in japan unless they were my friends that were with me then XD

I know!! Same here :-DD I lived up north in Misawa Air force base. Lol, I looked up the naval base and it's like, the complete opposite side of Japan xD
Ahhh it was so beautiful there, I wish I didn't have to leave. It's a completely different world here in the states :> More cruel and unusual xD Did you guys live anywhere else?

No we didn't live anywhere else lol. Actually it is kinda cruel in Japan too but it's more subtle and hidden. It's great there I agree with that. It's so beautiful, especially in the spring when the cherry blossom tree's bloom. But I have to agree the US is completely different and more cruel XD. I've heard of Misawa that's pretty far.

Yeah, I had some sour memories from there it just doesn't compare to the states ; v ; The cherry blossoms!! I remember there was this park off base that we called "train park" (cause there was a real section of a train you could play on :>) And they had cherry blossom trees there. Every Sunday families would picnic together at the park. Gives me a warm fuzzy feeling thinking about it : ) Especially since I don't see that anymore.
lol, now that I think about it, I got my first black eye in that park xD

Oh no XD that's not good. I've never gotten a black eye o, O hopefully never either. But I never know. Yeah I miss Japan a lot, it was beautiful. When I heard that a tsunami struck Japan it was unexpected and heart breaking. I was born there and I knew some people that were affected by it. A lot of places were on fire and it looked so gloomy and dark because of the power problems. I'm glad people are safe but I actually cried when I saw the videos of people running away and an old grandma being swept away... on another happy note the cherry blossoms should bloom soon in a few months :)

The tsunami was scary :v The epicenter was right below misawa air force base, so a lot of the families on base ended up moving... The videos were hard to digest :c Even though it's been so many years since I was last there, Japan will always be one of my homes.
Cherryy blossoms!! I wish I lived in DC so I could see them : ) But I don't, so I'll just admire the dandelions as they sprout out of the ground xD
